We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping availability to additional locations may vary and is subject to change.


Shipping Rates

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders may ship from multiple domestic or international fulfillment centers depending on inventory availability and the fastest shipping method to your location.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times generally range between 10–20 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.

Customers may receive their orders sooner than estimated in some cases.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

All orders include insured shipping where applicable.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Returned to sender
  • Held at customs for an extended period

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, it is outside our direct control. However, where insurance coverage applies and the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements related to shipping issues are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Prices on our website do not include international duties, taxes, or customs fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
