Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, OR
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Opened or used items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used items
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.


3. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be approved.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, including carrier delays beyond our control

Domestic (U.S.) Returns

Return shipping labels may be provided once return has been approved for damaged and defective items. Buyer is responsible for return all shipping costs unless otherwise stated once a return has been approved.

International Returns

Customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, or customs fees.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at

Failure to report damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the return.


6. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization.

If approved, you will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.


7. Refund Processing

Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing occurs within ten (10) business days of inspection approval
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a replacement, customers must return the eligible item and place a new order after approval.


9. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting our support team may result in delayed resolution or denial.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.


10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
