Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date only under specific conditions. Eligible returns include items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, as well as items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Opened or used items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. These include opened or used items, personal care or beauty products, custom or personalized products, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases, sale or clearance items, and gift cards.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be approved.
Return Shipping and Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping fees are also non-refundable, including delays caused by carriers beyond our control.
For domestic (U.S.) returns, return shipping labels may be provided once a return has been approved for damaged or defective items. Unless otherwise stated, for new, unused, and unopened items, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs once a return has been approved, and these costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For international returns, customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers are required to inspect orders immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at Contact@calming-corner.com within a reasonable timeframe so the issue may be evaluated.
Failure to report damage or issues in a timely manner may result in denial of the return.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, customers must contact Contact@calming-corner.com.
If a return is approved, return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label may be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Refund processing occurs within ten (10) business days of inspection approval, though financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. To receive a replacement item, customers must return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting our support team may result in delayed resolution or denial.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.
